Element 4 Signs & Graphics recently completed a visually striking sign face refresh for Catie Dubyoski State Farm, ushering in a new chapter for the agency as ownership transitions from Brent Collins to his daughter, Catie Dubyoski. The project was completed on a tight timeline in December 2024 at the agency’s location in Monroe, NC.
With Brent Collins’ retirement on the horizon, Catie was set to take over the family business. The sign refresh project required quick permitting and precise execution to minimize downtime. Element 4 Signs & Graphics expertly managed the permitting process and completed the transformation within a narrow window, ensuring the sign was back up and visible as quickly as possible.
Rather than fully replacing the sign, Element 4’s team took a cost-effective and sustainable approach by refurbishing the existing sign faces. This included removing the old panels, sanding, priming, and repainting them, followed by the application of new vinyl lettering. A fresh coat of paint was also added to the monument backer, delivering a polished, like-new appearance.
“I’m especially pleased with this project because by giving the faces a refresh and a fresh coat of paint on the monument, we were able to completely transform the look and feel of this sign,” said a representative from Element 4 Signs & Graphics. “This sign is on a major highway, and these changes really make it stand out and will serve Catie well in her new endeavor.”
The refreshed signage not only celebrates a generational transition but also enhances visibility and brand presence for Catie Dubyoski as she begins her leadership of the agency.
