Element 4 Signs & Graphics recently completed a multifaceted signage installation for the Britto Store at SouthPark Mall, working under tight deadlines to ensure the space was ready for a highly anticipated grand opening. The project was performed on behalf of another local sign company and required precision, adaptability, and after-hours work to meet the mall’s operational restrictions.

The installation scope included applying vinyl to drywall and brick surfaces, installing aluminum stud-mounted letters, acrylic letters, and an aluminum façade, as well as mounting large-format graphics that spanned from ceiling to floor. One of the most intricate aspects of the job involved heating and pressing vinyl into the textured brick surface to achieve a seamless look.
Work began with the removal of existing window covering graphics, which had to be completed after mall hours to comply with SouthPark Mall regulations. Inside, the team carefully aligned multi-panel wall photos, determining all measurements on site to ensure consistent spacing and visual flow. Despite a tight installation window, the Element 4 team expanded the project scope at the last minute to accommodate additional needs, helping the client’s customer successfully open on schedule.
“Our customer was pleased with the final outcome and our ability to adapt to unexpected circumstances,” said a representative from Element 4 Signs & Graphics. “The teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to take on additional tasks played a big role in ensuring the Britto Store’s opening was a success.”
This project highlights Element 4 Signs & Graphics’ capability to execute complex, time-sensitive installations while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
